Time Fusion installs DVC at Loyola College.

During the September school holidays an incredible change took place at Loyola College.

TIMEnet Installed at Loyola College.

A TIMEnet Retriever was installed in the Library Lecture Room at Loyola College. The unit uses a 15 inch LG touch screen to control and access all its features. It links to their video distribution system, the Internet and Internet Television sites through their Local Area Network (LAN). Teachers are able to access these features with a tap on the Touchscreen.

TIMEnet installs TIMETouch at Xavier College

Melbourne, July 2010.

During the school holidays while students were on holidays, TIMEnet was busy installing the TIMETouch into two classrooms at Xavier College.

TIMETouch consists of a 1.6GB Intel processor with 160GB of hard disk storage space. The computers are connected to a 23 inch Acer Touchscreen connect to their video distribution system through their local area network. The TIMETouch units also connect to the Internet via their broadband.

TIMETouch has some impressive features including structured project and curriculum creation. Digital multimedia such as video, audio, PDF, PowerPoint Presentations, Word documents, Internet links, etc can be combined to create a comprehensive curriculum unit that simplifies the selection of multimedia in the classroom or boardroom.


A Project is a specific combination of multimedia to create a neat structured easy-to-use presentation. A video can be sliced into smaller sections so that a projects can contain parts or the whole of a video. The project does not duplicate a video file but creates links to it.

A manager or the Head of Department can put together a unique multimedia program that includes elements of video, audio, photographs, pdf, PowerPoint presentations and Word documents.

TIMEnet wins at St Leonards

Melbourne, June 2010.

TIMEnet recently won a contract from St Leonards to install a DVC system. TIMEnet also won a number of contracts to install network cabling throughout the school.

Dodwell Keyt, Managing Director of Appsys Proprietary Limited said, "Over the past two or three years we have gradually installed network system through the school. We ran cables from the audiovisual office to four network switchers located at strategic points throughout the school. This gaurantees that the video stream from any one group of classrooms do not clog the bandwidth availability of the network".

"By distributing the bandwidth demands of the distribution system on four backbone cables, we are assured of an excellent video signal even at the greatest signal requirements", he said.
